RETURN POLICY

Merchandise Returns / Cancellations


Change your mind? We will accept merchandise for return / Cancellation that was purchased from BadBoyzRC  within 7 days of contact from the date you receive your package. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. There is a 5% Cancellation fee plus cost of shipping. There is a 10% restocking fee and cost of shipping if.
  • Merchandise returned and packaging not intact or in original packaging.
Only a 3% restocking fee will incur if returned for store credit.

A 25%  Restock fee may incur if the product is returned  with excessive run time and Altered parameters. Each Turbine is Tested and Parameters are set and logged before it leaves our service center.

Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please E-Mail or call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away and take photos.

If you return a product you are responsible to make sure the product arrives damage free. And provide the proper insurance to insure your refund.
Exchange Policy

SWIWIN guarantees that subject to the following conditions, exchange can be requested within 7 working days of the purchase date (subject to actual date the product was received). Please contact SWIWIN or an SWIWIN authorized agent/dealer that you purchased from or SWIWIN official after-sales service center for more details of the services:
    1.Exchange can be requested under one of the following conditions:
a.Product has sustained damage in transit, which was found when being unpacked and checked with the presence of the courier. A picture needs to be taken and kept to prove the damage.
b.After the product is unpacked, if it cannot be started normally according to the manual or under the guidance of the technician, or the quality defects of the product are found;
If the above two situations were confirmed in the SWIWIN checking after the exchanging goods received, SWIWIN does the change at once; if not, please refer to the free or paid repair policy.

    2.Exchange can not be requested under one of the following conditions:
a.Customer did not immediately report damage sustained in transit with the presence of the courier.
b.Refund or exchange is requested after 7 working days of purchase (since the actual date the product received).
c.Product sent in for refund or exchange not including all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or with damage on any part of the product.
d.Product held no manufacturing defects after testing made by SWIWIN Technical Support.
e.Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing defects, as well as any damage caused by unauthorized modification, entry of foreign body (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation or operation.
f.Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show signs of tampering or altering.
g.Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to: fire, flood, high wind strength and lightning strike.
h.Products purchased from an unauthorized agent/dealer.

    3.Miscellaneous
a.For exchanges, only the defective parts will be replaced; if the main engine fault just replaces the main engine; if the motor fault, just replace the motor. Other parts will not be replaced.
b.Products shipped to the warehouse must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. We will not be liable for poor packaging and/or lost or uninsured products.
